With the Lost premier tonight the internet is buzzing with excitement. So here is my take.
- Too many commercials – Come on lets get more story less selling
- I love Hurley’s Flash forwards – these take place before season 3 flash forwards of Jack.
- Who is the mysterious man who visits Hurley in the mental hospital?
- I am excited to know the real reason the people came to the island.
- What is the secret that the survivors who got off the island are keeping?
- Did they leave the others to die?
- Did the others ultimately want to stay?
- What compromises were made to get the few off?
- Charlie was looking good with his dead self.
- Jack’s dad is busy with all kinds of appearances all over the island.
- Why is Hurley now seeing Jacob?
- Is Jacob the one sumening the survivors back to the island?
- Who is Naomi’s sister? (she looked a lot like Michael’s wife, but she is dead)
- Is Naomi really dead or will the Island heal her?
Those were my big ones…I might add more as I think about it more.

Did you catch the deal with Jack’s beard at the end when he was playing basketball with Hurley? Blooper or intentional? I don’t really follow the internet buzz, so thought I’d ask.
Also…who do you think the other 3 are?

I wrote a bit about my thoughts at my place.
In searching around I did find that screencaps show that the person in the chair in Jacob’s cabin is Jack’s dad.
I’m still scratching my head over that one.

The “6″ are Jack, Kate, Hurley, Jin, Sun, and Aaron. At least that is everything I have read. I am sure we will find out next week.
Kat- I know Jack’s dad is really busy. I think they “eye” that was seen in the cabin scene was Jacob and why he was letting Jacks dad have his chair…who knows!
Erin – The deal about the beard…is that Hurleys flashbacks actually took place BEFORE the ones we already saw in Season 3. No blooper, just foreshadowing to when Jack grows his beard and goes crazy..lol
No, I know that about the flashbakcs…but in the scenes last night where they are playing basketball, Jack went from cleanshaven to stubble and back to cleanshaven. My husband noticed it too.

wow I totally missed that! I must go back and watch it now.
I went back and watched it again…he’s not totally cleanshaven at the beginning of the scene, but it sure seems like his stubble changes from shot to shot. Is it my imagination? Or is it just the lighting and the camera angle?

I checked out the scene and he looks the same. There are some lighting issues and some close up/pull aways…but it seems like he is about the same through the scene.
Thanks for looking…it weirded me out at first, but it must be my imagination.
