Things to do…

Things are going to get very busy for me. I have a web site to do now. Everytime I think I am out of the business, something pulls me back in. Oh well, there are worse things.

I will post developing links as I go along.

I am also still on the search for 2 roommates. I am getting scared that I will not find any.

Beyond that I do not have anything for today except I am really sleepy and I am heading to bed. I got a copy of the latest Disicpleship Journal for some night reading. I love the articles in there.

Playing Fetch

For the last ten minutes I have been playing fetch with my cat, that is right my cat. She has this thing with milk carton tabs. She loves them. She will run for them and bring them back to you to throw for hours, if you would sit and do it.

I don’t remember when I first learned she did that, but it has been since I got her about 3 years ago. People always laugh when they see her playing fetch. She is laying on the bed now guarding her toy, as i get ready to head to bed.

As I close out the night I just pray that I can find a new roommate soon, actually two of them. People who are nice and dont mind hanging out with me and my odd cat.

Are you in the Elk Grove, CA area and need to rent a room? I have two for two nice females. Email for more details.

Today has been such a good day. I spent time with all my favorite people and got to spend a wonderful day outside and got a nap too! I could live everyday like today, I think that would be great.

The morning started with a time of discussion with Dr. Steve Notley. He is a Jewish Scholar and was taking about ‘The Gospel Of Judas’ and ‘The Da Vinci Code’. But more importantly how if we look at the context of Jesus in history and where He came from how radical he was. Which I find fasinating, since I am seeing this side of Jesus more and more. Also how we are to engage scripture as part of our lives and not just something we read, but something we live. He just re-emphasised the fact to love everyone to value everyone as one of God’s creation. To look at not only our loved ones, but also our enemies (Even Osma Bin Laden) as one of God’s creations. It is stretching at times, but really who did Jesus comes to save?
